Hi. My name is Drew and I am a local 3D animator and short film maker. Currently I am beta-testing a 3D Sci-Fi animation series – in2plasma. U.S. Hispanics and Mexican/Central American/South American viewers are a huge potential audience. I am looking for an Hispanic voice to bring the characters to life. It would take 5-10 minutes a week and recordings can be done on your phone. No experience needed just a sense of adventure. In the spirit of conscious consumerism I am trying to source a used treadmill for my mom before we look for a new one. If you or someone you know has a *working* and *foldable* treadmill that you don’t want or use we are happy to pay a reasonable amount to take it off your hands. Propane Line Leak Repair

Greetings!
I have a propane leak at my RV. An RV repair man said I had no leak, but hours after hooking the propane up, the alarm went off again. People have also smelled propane at my house.

Tomorrow I have a propane leak detector coming to find it. If anyone has experience sealing propane lines in an RV, your services would be appreciated! I work till 6pm.

Propane Leak Detector Needed

Greetings!

I have a propane leak in my RV. I had someone come to find it and they sprayed everything with soap but could not locate it. The alarm is going off every time I have the propane plugged in. I am looking to borrow a propane leak detector! I’ll pay you for letting me use it! Please let me know if you have access to one 🙂 my dogs and I thank you with our lives (literally)! We really miss hot water and being able to cook, as well as have some extra heat!

Wanted Roof Repair

I’m in need of someone to do some roof repair. After the wind storm, a few shingles flew off and need replacing. Since it happened and with the heavy rain, I’ve had a leak dripping in my kitchen.
My home is in Nehalem and is single story. I believe the missing tiles are on the crest of the roof over my kitchen.
I’m hoping to take advantage of the dry week we may have ahead to get this fixed.

Help needed with Fallen Trees

Help! Two trees fell, out by the roots, during the wind storm on Christmas Eve. Ideally, I would like them cut up and hauled away, as I don’t need the wood. However, my concern is that if they should fall any further (one leaning against the neighboring spruce; the other close to falling on my chainlink fence), I will have to replace that section of fence, at the least.

I am willing to pay a reasonable price to save my fence, and an unreasonably low price to cut it all up and haul off. Please help while the weather holds! I cannot do the work myself and my friends are as old as me and cannot pitch in. Thanks!

Storage Space

I am urgently looking for a storage space, seeing local storage facilities have no vacancies. Ideal space would be 10’x 20 or larger. Does anyone have an empty garage or similar type space available? Hi BBQ land!

Our family is on the hunt for a washer! Ours has decided it no longer wants to work. We have looked into repairing it, but unfortunately, it would be expensive, and the repairman wouldn’t be able to do it for 4-6 weeks.

Does anyone have a washer they are getting rid of/upgrading and want to sell? We don’t need anything fancy! I thought I would ask here first, as I’m not very keen on buying a new one right now.

Are you looking for additional income and a flexible schedule? We are looking for back-up housekeepers for vacation rentals at the Oregon Coast. (Garibaldi & Rockaway Beach). Must have attention to detail and also a sense of style as this is a hospitality based job and requires some staging! Master towel folding and bed making skills are appreciated 🙂

Work hours are available 7 days a week and work hours are between 11 AM to 4 PM each day, all turnovers must be completed during these hours. Work load will vary based on the number and size of jobs we have during the week. All jobs are sent out via phone app, housekeepers have the option of accepting or declining each job according to your schedule. This is an opportunity to create some extra income and to work as many days as you choose.

This is an independent contractor position and requires a W9. Cleaning supplies and equipment are provided for your use at each property.

Housekeeper/Laundry positions
Tips and bonuses are a benefit of this position. We are small, only have 10 suites and are looking for someone to work in our Laundry & Housekeeping department with experience and a professional attitude. They must be willing to pay attention to details, learn our laundry and cleaning methods, have the ability to adapt to different situations and must be customer oriented and friendly. This person must be flexible, who is coachable and has good listening skills.

In addition to cleaning units you may be performing a variety of laundry, ironing, cleaning, restocking and organizing duties, indoors as well as outdoors.
You will notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances. Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
Working quickly without compromising quality is a must in this position.

This is a Part-time position.
Salary: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour
Housekeeping experience required
Laundry experience, 1 year rreferred
