Move-Out House Clean Needed

We need a professional “move-out” cleaning of our 3-bedroom, 3 bathroom 1670 sf home in Cannon Beach on Thursday, February 12th (this is a firm date). Please reply to dldave13@gmail.com if you are up for this job. Include a cost estimate. Note that our home is well maintained and required cleaning will be mostly cosmetic (i.e. windows, bathrooms and kitchen). Carpets have been recently cleaned and should not require additional work.

While cutting the hair of a client a beautiful piece of music came on and there was whistling in it . Scott , musician , and I agreed on how charming this used to be .
Today Doni from Cannon Beach came to fix a light and he was whistling all along with the music To my happy remark he said it must be a thing of the past but it sure helps him to releise tension.
oh please please men & women , teach your children to whistle along.

Contractor Needed to Fix/Replace Leaking Windows and Siding

We live in the Neahkahnie area and are looking for an experienced local contractor to hire to address window and siding issues. Windows on the west side of our house started leaking during the crazy wind and rain storm in early December. Couch Potato

Our old dog has gone beyond and we’re lonely for another furry one. BUT, there’s a list:

Needs to be an adult dog, low energy – we can take them for walks but not heavy exercise. But not so old we’ll have to say good bye right away.
100% house trained.
Furry coat preferred (opposed to flat smooth coat).
No Jumper-uppers, no yanking on leash.

We offer: home all day, dogs welcome on the furniture, car rides whenever not too hot, rural property (there is a fenced area, not right out the door), multiple daily walks, treats.

Let me know if you know of any likely candidates!

Looking for 2 strong guys with a truck for a short move

I have a month to move from Neahkahnie to Arch Cape (7 miles). I thought a couple of guys who can take some furniture from one house to the other on a few runs (maybe all not on the same day) may be a good way to go, and I’ll bring the stuff over time that will fit in my car. The largest piece is a leather sofa that goes into the first floor of the new place. Also, I have a queen bed that needs to be disassembled and reassembled.

In the next week or two:

– One fairly large dresser (ground floor, probably should go in before the bed)
– One large leather sofa goes into ground floor
– One bed goes into ground floor
– 2 club chairs up the spiral staircase
– Two more chairs in a few weeks, but go to ground floor.
– dining room table (two pieces need to be disassembled and brought up a spiral staircase)
Perhaps one hutch up the spiral staircase. (There is also a hatch that can be opened between the two floors to pass things through if necessary.)

Borrow a chipper/shredder for STRAW ONLY?

hello community!

Wearing are in need of a small chipper/shredder to run about 5 bales of straw through to make a nice bedding for our sweet egg laying chickens. Dry straw will be no wear and tear on the chipper blades and I can promise not to run anything else at all through it. Not even a twig! Of course I’ll have it cleaned up spic and span afterwards and returned same/next day.

I’m just putting this out to the community to see if any kind soul is interested in such generosity. I would return the machine with some very nice eggs on the side.

I would even be willing to rent the machine for a small fee or trade a favor if that would work better for anyone.

Searching for a used car

Hello! This is Lucy Wild, your friendly local hair stylist and musician!

I’ve been driving the same amazing little car for 13 years. It’s been absolutely wonderful! Good gas mileage, manual transmission, drives well in the snow, and has put up with my adventurous spirit with a current total of 363,000 miles on it!

The guys at Evergreen gave me a list of repairs, that put me in the position of thinking it’s time to find a replacement vehicle…sad face.

I’d love to find the same car (2001 Ford Focus ZX3) but I know that will be difficult.

Looking for something with decent gas mileage, and a manual transmission would be preferred, but not a deal breaker.

Let me know if you’ve got an older car you’re ready to let go of.

Hi folks – it’s Jeff (yes – the one who brings the honey, real maple syrup etc to the area each month) – and if anyone remembers I ALMOST secured a nifty place to rent in north Tillamook County last year (missed it by THAT much!) – and now that my lease is up this coming MAY once again – I’m ready to hear ideas for a one or two bedroom rental for myself and the two 15 month old furry ones you see in the picture. $1200-$1400 is the goal per month (depending on the utility cost structure) – and anything from Bay City north even into Clatsop County would be agreeable.
I know it’s a little early to put this out there (or is it?) but I would like to have plenty of time to prepare as it has to fit within the ongoing work schedule.

Looking for a truck or transmission for a f150 fwd, my transmission is just about gone and i dont knoq what im going to do its my only means of transportation, so im looking for another truck preferably. I haul a lot of wood to different people and without a vehicle im in really bad shape please someone help if they can thank you
