FOREVER HOME FOR SWEET CAT

Submitted By: kerryiallen@hotmail.com – Click to email about this post
Sam is a sweet cat, wonderful disposition and the softest meow for a big boy! His soft meow is in keeping with his gentle character.

His owner passed away in February and he is now
in need of a new forever home.

He loves being outside during the day however he spends his nights indoors.

Born in 2015, I guess he is considered as an older cat, he still plays like a kitten though.

If you are interested in seeing photos of Sam, reach out. Ideally his new forever home would be some land for him to investigate and maybe a garden, his is a great garden companion while one works in the yard.

A decade later, Harvard lets Obama have it

Submitted By: andynorris21@yahoo.com – Click to email about this post
Harvard calls Obama a war criminal?? Say wut??

The neocons running the supposed ‘democrat’ Biden administration have sent, so far, with more blood money to come, 110 billion tax-dollars worth of weapons to the World War Three effort, including war-criminal-making cluster bombs and cancer-causing depleted uranium munitions.

Everyone knows Biden isn’t doing a damn thing but trying to navigate stairs, sniff girls, and find his way offstage. Everyone also knows fake liberal neocon Barak Obama and his crew are running the most-irresponsible and dangerous administration in American history.

So, let’s remember who this Obama really is:

Obama prosecuted more government whistle-blowers than any president in US history, he and another fake liberal, Hillary Clinton, overthrew the governments of Honduras and Libya, causing immense suffering, Obama also worked with his then vp, Joe Biden, and Joe’s son, Hunter Biden, and, along with the CIA, successfully overthrew the democratically-elected government of Ukraine.

Biden is now a war criminal for sending cluster bombs to Ukraine, joining other war criminals such as Kissinger, Nixon, Dubya, and now according to Harvard…Barak Obama!

Ten years later even Harvard admits their star woke liberal is a war criminal:

and

It’s time for so-called liberals to stop pretending this war-monger administration is good. It’s also time to stop pretending Joe Biden is in charge of anything at all.

Free Stand Up Paddle Board & 9ft Soft Top Longboard

Submitted By: chris.mastrandrea@gmail.com – Click to email about this post
Despite the five emails I got from folks saying they were driving right over to come get them, no one has…so…

Free SUP and 9ft. longboard.
SUP has spent a few winters outside and is now heaver/doesn’t float as well as it once did in it’s prime.
Longboard is a soft top style we used for teaching, it’s in pretty good shape but you will need to get the middle fin box professionally repaired.

Both boards will need fins.

First to pick them up wins and keeps them out of the landfill!

Back by Popular Demand: Conversations with Councilors: STRs

Submitted By: Linda.Kozlowski@gmail.com – Click to email about this post
Back by popular demand, we’re bringing Conversations with Councilors back for round two.

This time we would like to listen to your thoughts and ideas about Short Term Rentals (STRs). As many of you may know, the Short Term Rental Committee recently presented its survey findings:

For the Survey presentation and raw data, please note the links on the City of Manzanita’s website front page: green block, Announcements and Information.

We’d like to use the results to guide conversations with you about STRs—specifically regarding density mitigation measures and cap adjustments that the council will need to address in the future. We have filled the July dates and are now in August!

These sessions will be on
Tuesday, Aug 1 – 10am
Thursday, Aug 10 – 2pm
Tuesday, Aug 15 – 10am

The location will again be at the Manzanita library and will include two councilors at a time. To ensure your voice is heard, we’ll keep the attendance to 15 (this worked very well). The specifics will be posted on the city’s website. And please note that you do not need to print a “ticket” to attend. When you sign up, your name is captured on a list that we receive. We apologize for the confusion—our intentions are to make it as easy as possible for you to attend while ensuring that it’s an effective gathering.

You can reserve your spot by going to the City of Manzanita Website Calendar, click the date you would like to attend and follow the link to reserve your seat.

City Calendar is here: ci.manzanita.or.us/calendar

Please come with your ideas! They help us to be better positioned to make city policy that residents support. And remember, this is a safe venue for you to be heard—and we want to hear from everyone, not just the loudest voices!

Beautiful, Hand-carved Wood Cabinet/Side Table

Submitted By: jessicaschafferreset@gmail.com – Click to email about this post
I have a beautiful piece of furniture for sale, a hand-carved wood cabinet. 22″ wide, 12 3/4″ deep, 27″ high. It has two doors that open to reveal shelving inside and a shallow drawer as well. It has carved lattice detail on the doors and a blue and white washed finish. I am asking $125 for this. No negotiating on price. The piece is in excellent condition and has sentimental value. Email or text 503-348-6288 if you are interested.
