Hello North Coast BBQ community!
We are a couple in our early 30s who are looking to purchase our first home. We currently live in Wheeler and have dreamt of planting permanent roots here for years. As you are probably well aware, the housing market is tough out here and we are reaching out in case anyone in the community is considering selling their home. We are pre-approved for a mortgage but are also open to short-term owner financing or rent-to-own. We are looking exclusively between Nehalem and Brighton, something close to two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. As long as the place has good bones, we are able to take on a fixer-upper.
