MEET THE DIRECTOR:

Julee, a passionate and multifaceted member of Riverbend Players, is making her directorial debut with this production. Her journey with the theater group began with her performance as Annelle in STEEL MAGNOLIAS, and since then, she has showcased her versatility by taking on various roles, including acting, assistant directing, and executive producing.

Julee’s commitment to Riverbend Players extends beyond the stage, as she actively serves on the board of directors, contributing to the organization’s growth and success. Beyond her theatrical endeavors, Julee is a full-time employee at Wanda’s Cafe + Bakery and the wife and mother to her husband, Josh, and their four children.

FRANKENSTEIN: THE RADIO PLAY is a chilling adaptation of Mary Shelley’s classic novel, brought to life through the power of sound and performance from the golden age of radio.

Join Captain Robert Walton and his crew as they become caught up in the story of Victor Frankenstein, a brilliant scientist who creates a living being out of dead flesh.

But when the creature is rejected by its creator and the world, it sets out on a path of revenge that will bring death and destruction to all who cross it.

This radio play is full of suspense, horror, and thought-provoking themes. It is a must-see for fans of classic literature and vintage radio drama.
