Previously independent, I am now in need of reliable help with housework and yard maintenance. Finding reliable, responsive help has been a challenge. If you have experience with helpers you would recommend, I would appreciate it. Also, if you have psoriatic arthritis and are willing to share your experiences and tips I would be appreciative.
