My name is Summer Peterson and I am a USPAP-compliant appraiser and Accredited Member of the ISA (International Society of Appraisers).

Bankers, financiers, investors, insurers, adjusters, estate managers, trustees, executors, attorneys, judges, federal and state tax agencies—are dependent upon the knowledge and expertise of the appraiser and appraisal research.
Written appraisals are specifically designed for a variety of legal and taxation purposes, including estates, trusts, charitable contributions, insurance claims, divorce settlements, and so on.
Written reports are USPAP and IRS-compliant and can be entered as evidence in a court of law.
