Come dance it out, let the music move you. This is a drop in, open session, meaning: come as you are, when you can, anytime between 3-5PM, stay for 10 minutes or stay for two hours. Just move your body in whatever way it wants to with frequency specific music that will help you move out whatever needs to go. It’s time to move out of survivor mode, to become more present in your life, to thrive amidst the chaos….Hope to see you there.
