Monday Morning Meditation Class at NCRD for beginners + yoga

NEW! Meditation for Non-Meditators (Beginner Level). At NCRD every Monday morning at 9:15-9:45 AM taught by Liz Carroll, life coach & yoga/meditation teacher.

The class time is divided into three sections: mindfulness, guided meditation and manifestation.

Expect to do breathwork, light stretching and sit in a chair for 30 minutes. This class is being offered in conjunction with Rinehart Clinic, $45 for term (nine sessions remaining).

It’s a great way to start the week!

Attached are all the other yoga class offerings this term. This week is the last week to register for class-only. NCRD Fitness Center members can register at anytime.
