Manzanita: Free bed size is Queen (NOT King) correction

Submitted By: Julia_markova@hotmail.com – Click to email about this post
I am reposting with a correction:
bed size is QUEEN, not King.
www.northcoastbbq.com/2022/06/02/king-size-bed-by-room-board-manzanita/
==================================
This is still a pretty nice high end bed. Fabric upholstery, sturdy metal legs, metals mattress slats.
Easy to take apart.
We are looking to have the bedroom redone and there is literally no other room big in our house for this bed so it must go:).

We have had it for a few years now. Bought originally from Room & Board here
(www.roomandboard.com/catalog/bedroom/beds) .

You have to be able to come and take the bed apart in order to take it with you.

I will post the mattress separately (it is also free). If you are taking the bed only, you will need to be strong enough to help me lift the mattress off the bed please (is is SUPER heavy:).

Queen Mattress by Purple (Manzanita)

This is an amazingly comfortable mattress.

If you have room for it, you will be amazed.

Bought from Purple (www.purple.com) less than a year ago. We need room more than a super nice mattress so yours to come and take.

Important: this is a super dense foam mattress. However strong you may be, please bring two more buddies to help you lift/ carry this. Huge and seriously heavy.

The bed is also free and posted separately.

Sheriff Brown in Coming to Town (Wheeler)

Submitted By: peggy@coastconstruction.biz – Click to email about this post
Friday, June 17th in Wheeler at 2:30
We will be serving hotdogs, please bring your own beverages (not mentioned in the flyer). Also bring a dish to share if you’d like.
This is our opportunity to speak with Sheriff Joshua Brown on the issues at hand. Let’s keep this a community event and try not to get too “Political”.
This is a call to everyone to get together and discuss how We as a Community can help change the “Crime Wave” that doesn’t seem to be going away.
Things you may want to think about:
When you see something – Say something (here is the non-emergency police number 503-815-1911)
Text your neighbors if you see a creepy car/person/bicycle AND call the number.
Plaster “real Criminals” all over Facebook, Next Door and ANY other media site (let’s run them out of our village).
Did you know we had another arrest in Wheeler 2 days ago? YIPPEE one more for our team!
Here is a link to the inmates currently behind bars www.co.tillamook.or.us/inmate-list?order=book_date&sort=asc
Have a great day and hope to see you there!

Puttz Mini Golf Tournament & Fundraiser: Tuesday, June 7th

Submitted By: tolovanaartscolony@gmail.com – Click to email about this post
On Tuesday, June 7th, the Puttz, a city-wide mini-golf extravaganza produced by the Tolovana Arts Colony, returns to Cannon Beach.

Entering its 14th year, the colorful, community-centric event invites golfers of all ages and skill levels to play a course spread throughout Cannon Beach then party down with tacos and a silent auction.

Each mini-golf hole is designed, sponsored and hosted by a Cannon Beach business. Golfers are encouraged to dress up however they see fit. Prizes are given for best (and worst) score, and best outfits.

“After being squashed by the pandemic for two years, we’re beyond eager to resume this beloved Cannon Beach tradition,” says Arts Colony Program Director Andrew Tonry. “We’re hoping players are as excited to return as we are.”

Golf runs from 1-to-5PM. After that, revelers
