2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser

2007 Toyota FJ
(low miles) for sale

This is an excellent rig! It has some blemishes but runs very well. It’s been mechanically well-cared for and has a brand-new clutch & battery (summer 2024).
It currently needs brakes and front cv axles.

134k miles
Strong engine & mechanical
Minor issues
Broken mirror and taillight cover
Some small rust spots in scratches

Not much driving the last couple years, about 100 miles so…No recent wear and tear.
It’s priced low. I’ve just been dragging my feet for a while because it’s a hard break up with this sweet sweet ride. I’ve had it for 15 years and love it but needed a pickup. Come get this comfortable-cruising, apocalypse busting classic. I’m letting it go for $10k firm.

Call/Text Jon at 503-504-8558.
I can send pics or you can see it in person.

mainstream news media

I really don’t want to be a regular poster, but someone recommended an excellent article to me and I thought it would be a disservice not to pass it along.

www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2024/nov/07/us-progressive-election-trump-maga

Big tech has replaced news partly because the national news media failed us a long time ago. They’re all only interested in profits. BBC is supported by a surprisingly reasonable fee levied on each household. They aren’t beholden to corporate interests, and they do a fabulous job providing many valuable services.

Yet in spite of all the misinformation we are bombarded with in America, we still have license to consider alternatives and challenge our thinking (for example: the notion that Ukraine cannot win could be contrasted with the Soviet Union’s invasion of Afghanistan).

Being aware that there’s a cesspool of information out there is half the battle. The other half is having an open mind and persistently comparing bits of info to refine our perceptions.

For Sale NEW Solar Back Up Camera $80

This has a strong magnetic camera that just pops right onto your vehicle, and pairs automatically with the screen. Fast, easy, No Wiring. No Fuss.

I tried it onto my car (but didn’t use it) and it hooked up just fine. But I didn’t care for the look of it on my little car. In my opinion, it’s suited to a large vehicle: big ol’ truck, van, trailer, RV.
