Need your advice please

I need some local reviews and referrals. I had a Mitsubishi mini split heater/air conditioner in my last house and loved it. I recently bought a house with two units. Unfortunately, these units were probably never serviced, as they appear filthy, blow dust and even set off the nearby smoke detector. Who would you recommend to do a great job cleaning these units. They use water and chemicals to clean them indoors with a waterproof bag to catch the water and dirt. You can see why I want a really experienced and reliable technician. Do you have any referrals that you could vouch for? I’d really appreciate it! Not using the units until they are cleaned, brrrrr! Thank you, so much!

The photos attached show the general design concept but I have a more detailed drawing with measurements if interested! Fabric has already been selected but not ordered. Battery Powered Ride On Kid’s Car

Hi neighbors! I’m on the lookout for a battery-powered ride-on car (Jeep, convertible, truck, etc.) for my 2- and 4-year-old grandsons to drive when they visit. Bench seat would be best.
I know the thrill doesn’t last long, so I’d love to adopt one that’s sitting in someone’s garage rather than buy new. Just needs to run and hold a charge.

I purchased a hybrid Organic mattress from Saatva last year, and it’s just too soft for me.
Do you have a queen size mattress that’s too firm for you? Maybe you want to trade?

Help moving washer and dryer a short distance

I need two strong men, hopefully with an appliance strap to carry a washer and dryer (individually) a few yards to my laundry room. No stairs. The machines are in the garage next to my laundry room, but the door needed to be widened to get them in there. It is planned to have the door widened on Monday Afternoon 10/27. Late afternoon or early evening on that day would work well for moving them in. $50 offered per person for a few minutes of work. Thank you. I am in Manzanita (Classic St Cottages).
