We are in Garibaldi Or. And looking for a 1+house to rent asap (avail. Now or soon) or to rent a whole floor in a home with bed bath and shared kotchen and use of laundry, in a nice cleaN respectful person,s home, if you have very friendly pets or no pets thats ok but no domineeri g pets as my border collie is very sweet and loving and needs to feel safe.
, i am a 18 yr homeowner in Wa. And will be selling home soon,
And looking to get away from wifi 5g and cell towers and wish to live in country or have a few acres dist. To neighbors wifi.
We are truly reaponsible big hearted spiritual down to earth, very clean, i love gardening and animals and worked in Architecture many yrs. , and also am a reiki mst, teacher , artist designer….i love taking care of houses and properties and am very Honest and kind and caring .

Main need we have is to stay away from wifi 5g towers and routers etc. And to live a healthy natural wired intwrnet to home life and get a landline.

What is this?
The wooden object is about 14” high by 31/2” by 3”. It has a full height door with a little brass knob. The louvers are around 3 sides. The back is solid with an upper and lower hole for hanging. The wood has been stained and lacquered inside and out. I use it to keep garlic bulbs in my kitchen since it’s dark inside and has good ventilation.

My masterful friend is assisting in the creation and we need hard cover books (children’s books are best cuz they are longer and bigger pages-but beggars can’t be choosers and we can work with ANYTHING).

Riverbend Players is currently in search of a “vintage” Sparkletts Water Dispenser, around 1950’s, as a prop for our upcoming play at NCRD, called “Twelve Angry Jurors.”

I have an old gravely 5240 with the Kohler 8hp engine that ran last fall but now it doesn’t. I have plug, wire, air filter, points and condensor (even though it has electric start right now), but would like someone who knows more about small engines help me. I’m 2 miles north of Rockaway and it would be better if you could come to me.

Handy Person Wanted

~I am an elderly retiree and require help around the house with chores, especially outdoors. I cannot walk on uneven surfaces (moley lawn) and would like to make my yard easier to work in by: raking the winterfall, removing rocks from paths, cutting down 2 maple trees which drop most of the yard rakings before they leaf out (and haul the cuttings off), trim a few willow and other bushes, dig out and remove about 12 beach grass plants, and paint a skylight in the bathroom.
~If you are capable, I need a rotten portion of my porch railing replaced and painted.
~I have other jobs which can be discussed later.
~I have all tools, parts, wood and paints, but need you to have a method for hauling.
~I can pay around $25.00 per hour, depending upon the job. I would like the work done in a certain order, according to the weather and timeliness. I am a clean and orderly person and would like you to treat my home and property with that in mind.

I would like to meet with you if you can help. We may be able to form a routine relationship for monthly chores like mowing and trimming.
