Mobility Scooter/wheelchair lift made for mid-sized mini vans. We bought pre-owned minivan with a lift installed. It is a Silver Star lift in excellent condition. These retail for $2,400 before installation. We are asking $1,400. We can even install it for you, if you need help. It is operated by a remote and has a weight limit of 350 pounds. It can be installed in basic minivans with a back hatch door. (ours is a Kia) Please call me for questions at 971 283-0039 or 503 370-7035 after you research online. We live in Garibaldi and own an electrical auto-repair shop in Salem, so installation would be a non-issue. North Face light weight tent, $100

I barely used this tent because it’s too short for someone over 6 ft. Billed as a 2 person tent, I’d say it works for 2 children, 1 adult + a child, 1 adult + a large dog (more, if dogs are medium to small!), or 1 adult + a large backpack.

Looking for a house/place to rent

My wife and I are on the lookout for a long-term rental, potentially a place for sale. We have been in the area for close to 4 years (renting the same house the entire time) and recently started a business in downtown Cannon Beach.

We have a trained, kind, and loving 12-year-old golden retriever that everyone automatically falls in love with.

We are quiet, responsible (we have owned multiple houses before so we have experience with homes), handy, committed, and hoping to keep growing with the area and its community.

Our scope is broad at the moment considering the limited supply. Locations between Astoria and Nehalem, as close as possible to CB to be available for the business, are all on the table at the moment.

The ideal scenario has 2-3 bedrooms and some form of storage area.

Black Walnut rolling TV stand looking for a new home. This is a custom-made cabinet that is meant to reside in the corner of your room. It has an articulating flatscreen tv mount installed. All you need is $50, a pickup truck and at least 2 friends to help you load and unload it. It is heavy. I have no room, or I would keep this beauty.
