Coachman Freelander 26, $44,950.THIS 27.5 FOOT RV features a slide-out queen bed, a sofa bed that sleeps two, the dinette can be converted to a double bed, and there is an over-the-cab queen bed. It will potentially sleep eight.
Low mileage: 24,600 miles. Convenient floor plan with a kitchen (refrigerator, range, microwave, double sink and lots of storage), dinette, bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower, all in excellent condition. Blackout window shades throughout. Only 77 hours on the generator. Tons of storage.
Jim and Ann are the second owners. It’s built on a Chevy 450 chassis with a 6.0 V8 engine, six speed automatic transmission. It’s already set up to hitch a trailer to carry a car. $44,950. Exceptional Handmade Ceramic Dishware

Purchased all these exceptional dishwares at Mossy Creek collective in Gleneden a bunch of years ago. All were limited pieces handmade by talented artisans of this region. You will not find them anywhere.

Three deep plates are from Cascadia Stoneware measuring in diameter 10″, 8″, and 8″. A foot ruler shown for scale. Very solid, thick-walled, weighty items. Maker of the two bowls are unknown, measuring in diameter approx 6″ and 6.5″, with 4″ and 5″ depths. I have thoroughly enjoyed them all, employing them for soups, noodle dishes, and freeform meals. No longer quite my thing.

An iPhone 7 camera cannot properly honor these characterful objects, and certainly not for the modest three images permitted here. You are welcome to make me a semi-respectable offer. I can split them up as you wish or release them all together as the moody striking package it is. View and/or pickup in Rockaway Beach on a Monday or Tuesday.

Beautyrest Queen Mattress & Box Spring – Great Condition

Queen mattress and box spring set by Beautyrest, purchased at Roby’s 2 years ago.

Medium firmness but on the soft side. Mattress is 12” high. Box spring is 8.5” high.

Mattress protector pad was on it since new so the fabric is in pristine condition. (A mattress pad was placed over the protector pad.)

Nonsmoking and no-pet home, so no odors and clean.

Asking $150 – or Best Offer. (Paid $900 on sale, original price was $1200; mattress protector was $80, will include it if wanted, has been laundered.)

Solid Surf 9’4″ Longboard- The Pinner

Solid Surf – Pinner Model – 9’4″. A couple of dings that have been repaired by the previous owner, and some yellowing on the bottom, but in pretty great condition overall! Watertight and ready for summer! I can include a board bag and a fin.
From the shaper:
A unique blend of old school feel with a touch of surprising performance. A pretty sensitive and engaging shape with a streamlined outline offering a bit more range than our LOG model. If you arent looking for that high performance longboard, but you want a bit more capacity than the old school LOG – this is your go to. Same rocker and rails as our LOG model which offer ease of paddling and crisp engagement with the face, but we’ve tucked in the shape so that it fits in a slightly steeper wave as well as is a bit more responsive and easy to maneuver. Kind of a swiss army knife of retro longboards. Garunteed good time.

This truck has been reliable transportation for all its years. Last 10 years serviced by Rick Scovel, if you want to ask him about it.
It does have glitches:  It likely needs a new fuel pump, because you need to pump the gas pedal to get it to start. The right disc on the tailgate needs to be manually turned in order for the tailgate to close. It has rust issues, as expected for its age. A couple minor scratches and a minor dent. Otherwise a great truck. Tried to post photos with no luck.

Handmade & Finished Reclaimed Wood Corner Triangular Shelves

You will not find these in any furniture/decor establishment. I have six of these handsome corner shelves handmade with reclaimed wood by an artisan from Lithuania via Etsy several years ago. Unique finish/stain featuring characterful wood grain. He no longer makes them, which is a shame because I would have loved to purchase them again in a lighter stain. One could potentially sand and refinish these but that manner of operation ‘is above my pay grade’, as they say. Built-in hangers on included extended-hat screws. Lighter in weight than they appear. I utilized them for candles, crystal display, figurines… whatever strikes your fancy. Isosceles triangles measuring approx 6″ x 6″ x 2″. $40 for all six

20 ReneSola JC300M-24/Ab 300 watt solar panels for sale approximately 10 years old. These panels all work and still generate more than 80% of there rating. Panels are 1 meter x 2 meters. These were replaced due to slight electrical leakage, micro-amps, caused by Oregon algae in the seams and new panels have 33% more output. Panels are fine for smaller installations, 5 or 6 at a time. The electrical leakage caused my inverter to sense a ground fault because 20 panels multiply the leakage and tripped the threshold of 600,000 ohms. Panels weigh 45 lbs. ea. Panels are in Wheeler and come with some mounting clamps. $25 ea. 503-368-2223

Handmade Shou Sugi Ban Wood Panel Decor

Handmade wood panel constructed and treated via Shou sugi ban method by an artisan via Etsy. Hanging rope attached to affix onto a wall on its backside. This treatment is not sealed, thus charred treatment does come off. You can seal it however. I also utilized this panel as a table top riser.

More unique items to come with modest monetization requested to relocate them into new spaces more expeditiously.
