We have a new-in-box GE Profile Inverter Window A/C unit for sale. We bought this, then ended up moving into a house with central HVAC before we had a chance to use it.
This is rated at 10,000 BTUs, which GE notes should be enough for 450’ of space. It retails for ~$450.00. You can have it for $200.
