I’m currently looking for a private rental anywhere between Astoria and Manzanita, and wanted to reach out to see if you might have something available or upcoming.

My ideal situation:

Budget: up to $1,000/month, utilities included

Private space (ADU, cottage, or small one- two bedroom)

Long-term preferred

Pet-friendly for two well-behaved indoor cats

Flexible on exact location within Astoria → Manzanita

We are a retired couple looking for a summer rental on the coast. We recently relocated to the area and are currently in a 9 month rental. Our time frame is mid-June through mid September, but we can be a little flexible on those dates.
We would be most interested in a minimum 2 bed, 2 bath that is pet friendly, as we have a 9 year old dog.

My fiancé and I are looking for a two to three bedroom house to move into this February. We’re in the $1800 to $2300 range, with flexibility depending on the overall situation. Our home on the river will be available for a 6 month lease starting January 1st and ending June 30th. The home is a 950 sq ft 2 bedroom, 1 bath with a loft above to enjoy the excellent river and Valley views. The home will come fully furnished and I will have pictures soon.
