Dream apartment in wheeler

A man named Willow Bill is advertising a 1 bd 1 bath dream apartment in Wheeler. It is zoned commercial, not residential. It is an illegal rental. Oregon law states residential units HAVE to have sanitary facilities such as a kitchen sink, which this unit doesnt have. There is no gutter system, and the back side of the building has no siding, so there is significant water damage and probable mold. We are in the process of trying to get out of this lease, and recouping the 2500.00 Bill took from us. This is not honest business, this is not a legitimate rental. Don’t make the same mistake we did.
