Fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house located on a quiet street one-half block from the beach and four blocks North of downtown.

See and hear the ocean seated on Adirondack chairs from the expansive front deck. Walk or ride a bike to town. There is a large backyard (not fenced) and off-street parking for three vehicles.

Reverse living with the main living area on the 2nd floor. The lower level has one bedroom (Queen), full bath (stand up shower) and a large family/rec room.
