If you’ve spent years criticizing your body, punishing yourself with strict diets, and feeling stuck in the cycle of self-sabotage, there is a scientific and proven path to freedom.
Your brain has been wired to believe that self-criticism = motivation. But guess what? Neuroscience proves the opposite is true!
Here’s the truth: When you constantly judge yourself, your brain triggers stress hormones that make weight loss HARDER. But when you shift to self-love and self-care, your brain actually supports your body’s natural ability to shed weight and have you feeling more like your authentic self.
Imagine retraining your brain to:
Release guilt & emotional eating
Feel motivated from love, not punishment
Enjoy lasting weight loss without restriction
It’s time to break the cycle. It’s time to love yourself into wholeness.
My 8-Week Neuroscience-Based Weight Loss Course teaches you how to retrain your brain for lasting weight loss and lasting self-acceptance.

Cleaning rain gutters is crucial to prevent water damage, pest infestations, and structural issues, ensuring proper water runoff and extending the lifespan of your home’s roof, walls, and foundation.

We have some races!! And lots of candidates, but there’s plenty of room for others to file. What there isn’t much of, is time. Tomorrow, March 20th, 2025 is the filing deadline.
See who has filed so far: www.tillamookcounty.gov/sites/default/files/fileattachments/clerk039s_office/page/69486/notice_of_measure_election_-filed_candidates.pdf
To run for a seat you must be registered to vote and live in the district for the seat you’re pursuing. Some districts are further separated by zones. If a seat lists a zone, you must live within the zone of the district to run for that seat. However, all of the voters in that district will be voting for all of the available seats. If a seat is listed as “position” than you are eligible to file for any of those positions. If you’re confused about what seat you might be eligible for, the friendly folks at the county clerk’s office will help you figure it out.
Although all of these positions are non-partisan, you’re encouraged to seek assistance in your campaign from your party or other organizations. But remember an endorsement from a party doesn’t mean the candidate represents the party, it means the party likes what the candidate represents.
Tillamook County Democrats – electionschair@tillcodems.org
Independent Party of Oregon – indparty.com/contact
Tillamook County Republicans – tillamookcountygop.com/contact
Working Families Party of Oregon – act.workingfamilies.org/forms/apply-for-the-wfp-endorsement
You can send a candidate’s statement and your photo directly to moovoter@gmail.com for publication in the Facebook forum
How to file:
Filing is easy and just $10. You can fill out PDF Form SEL 190 online at sos.oregon.gov/elections/Documents/SEL190.pdf. Then you print it out and file it with the County Clerk at the Tillamook County Courthouse, 201 Laurel Ave., Tillamook, OR 97141. You may also pick up blank forms at the clerk’s office. You can mail the filing plus fee, or go into the office. The deadline to file is March 20, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. Good luck!! And, thank you.

From the beginning of the bbq (first an email list serve and then a website) Chuck and I decided we would not censor posts. We have returned a few to posters to clean up because they either attacked someone personally or used fowl language. If they didn’t clean it up those weren’t posted.
And we refuse to censor ideas and opinions. This is a community website and is meant to be inclusive even if we don’t agree with the content.
It is important to me that as a people we learn to agree to disagree (or scroll on by or hit delete). There is too much meanness and bullying going on in our culture by some people who feel it’s ok to attack someone with a different viewpoint, background or outlook on life.
This is not acceptable and I will carry on Chuck’s commitment to open discussion.

Dear Cast, Crew, Volunteers, and Audience Members,
What an incredible run! THE MOUSETRAP has officially become the biggest spring production in Riverbend Players history, and that is thanks to each and every one of you.
To our brilliant cast and director—you brought these iconic characters to life with skill and dedication. Your hard work, countless hours of rehearsal, and passion for storytelling were evident in every performance.
To our tireless crew and volunteers, you are the heartbeat of this production. Your efforts ensured that every show ran smoothly, from set design to lighting, sound, costumes, backstage coordination, and front-of-house hospitality.
And to our amazing audiences—you filled the seats in record numbers, shared in the suspense, and made every moment on stage even more special. Your support means the world to us, and seeing our coastal community come together for live theater is why we do what we do.
Thank you for making THE MOUSETRAP such a resounding success. We can’t wait to see you at our next production, the hit comedy SORDID LIVES!
Much gratitude,
Frank Squillo

I hope all is well and that you’re taking great care of yourselves.
If your heart is as weary as mine I hope you’ll appreciate this good news: Dems have a chance to gain TWO Congressional seats on April 1st. That will put them just 1 vote away from having control of The House and being able to slow down trump.
We DESPERATELY need voters to come out in Florida. Can I ask for your support in sending a postcard to EVERY household in the two districts?
Please sponsor ten cards at .66 cents each? More if you can.
We really need your help.
