Community Meeting-Protect our drinking water
Items on the agenda include:
1. Next steps to protect wetland/drinking water aquifer at Nedonna Beach
2.Discussion regarding the current methods which are used to determine where logging and pesticide applications are being planned, as well as how to improve that communication to impacted property owners and communities.
NCCWP wants no more logging and pesticide use in community water sources regardless of who owns the land, and wants an end to pesticide applications near where people live, work and recreate. Safe drinking water and clean air are part of the public trust that we all are entitled to have. Please help North Coast Communities for Watershed Protection safeguard and restore our drinking watersheds. www.healthywatershed.org | www.facebook.com/NCCWATERSHEDPROTECTION For more information or to unsubscribe contact rockawaycitizen.water@gmail.com

Ethanol aka Alcohol Causing Cancer in Kids
The Government has an obligation to the health and safety of everyone. And there’s no mention of this information via the CDC or Surgeon General Warnings. Only warnings on drinking it.
ETHANOL is being used in vaccinations, immunizations, and childhood medications. A known level 1 carcinogen causing cancer in the pharmaceutical form of alcohol “ETHANOL” being given in early childhood from the medical community without properly warning the public. The link between WHERE immunization shots/vaccination shots are being administered and bone cancers prompted my further investigation into why a known carcinogen that causes cancer is used as a mixing agent (solvent) given to our children in different forms by medical professionals. Children’s cancers are on the rise. Some Covid vaccinations contained ethanol, increasing the amount administered to children and potentially increasing their risk of cancers, immune disorders, etc. Could autism and many other childhood disorders be caused by ethanol aka alcohol being administered since it causes acute and chronic cognitive functions.
Alcohol consumption, especially excessive or chronic use, can have toxic effects on bone marrow, impacting blood cell production and potentially leading to various health issues.
Alcohol consumption is warned of but where’s the warning of alcohol aka ethanol used in medicine?
In the article “Ethanol Content of Medications and Its Effect on Blood Alcohol Concentration in Pediatric Patients” from NIH, “National Library of Medicine”, they studied the use in medication which per medical definition include vaccinations. The article was Published 4/8/2024, and shows high levels of alcohol are found in children’s blood alcohol count.
“Ethanol aka Alcohol” is known to cause cancer and our government and healthcare system is not warning of it in childhood and adult immunizations and medications.
Compounding ethanol, in all it’s many varying names from pharmaceuticals in our children’s vaccination, immunizations etc needs to be studied heavily as one term “ethanol” or “alcohol” as to not under estimate the actual percentages of harm it’s causing. It seems to follow the pathline of numerous other diseases being an immune suppressing chemical compound that causes cancer. Children are not choosing to have alcohol or ethanol brought into their systems. The medical community needs to explain why a known toxin is hidden within the various uses of so called “medicines” being given to our children. As there is no safe level of alcohol or ethanol that should be placed inside the human body.
It seems that ethanol being administered in early childhood no matter how small of a dose, the health concerns are not warenting the use of a toxic substance.
This may have been overlooked by the medical community. There’s many different names ethanol is under in the medical community as it’s given in inhalant form and as a mixer for other “medications” etc administered in premature babies, throughout early childhood, and in some adult vaccines and medicines.
Having one complete list of all medications and vaccinations along with one name for the ethanol products to warn everyone of the inherent risks would be a start to showing how detrimental it is giving it to our young. Or best yet, remove it completely from being administered to our children in from the medical community.
Children’s cancers are on the rise. Some Covid vaccinations contained ethanol, increasing the amount administered to children and potentially increasing their risk of cancers, immune disorders, etc.
Alcohol aka Ethanol negatively affects blood cell production and function. Cancer causes low blood cell count and abnormal blood cell behavior. The same negative effects from alcohol are the same negative effects of cancer. Why hasn’t the CDC and Surgeon General warned the public of the health concerns regarding Ethanol and made it a top priority to protect the health of all citizens. The Surgeon General advises on how Alcohol consumption is the 3rd leading preventable cause of cancer in reference to drinking alcohol but has no mention of the medical community’s use of it in common administration of immunizations, vaccinations, and other medications typically given in shot form using alcohol aka ethanol as a mixing solvent.
Have studies been verified on each individual dose administered of ethanol or alcohol, and the accumulation of all those given to see what definitive negative effects our children and adults are being exposed to?
Is alcohol aka ethanol causing THE cellular damage – THE causation of cancer itself. They seem to follow suit with alcohol being the first toxin in the chain disrupting the system & growing cancer.
How do we make sure everyone is aware of this pertinent information and demand answers to protect ourselves and others.

Big Changes Ahead for North County Food Bank
The Food Bank is working to keep service disruption to a minimum. We are in conversation with other agencies addressing food insecurity in north Tillamook County and appreciate their support.
The Food Bank has purchased land behind the Hope Chest on Hwy 101 between Manzanita and Nehalem, and work is ongoing to clear the site and establish access from Hwy 101. We recently received assurance from Tillamook County that we can use an existing building on the site to provide food distribution.
Before we can use that building, we need to build a driveway and parking areas as well as bring electricity, water, and sewer to the site. The building is less than a quarter the size of our current location, so we are busy re-imagining how to provide service.
While we hope to eventually build on the property, the most important thing for us right now is to get back up and running quickly, and using the existing building is the quickest path forward.
We thank everyone for their patience and support as we make this transition. In 2024, the Food Bank saw nearly 2700 visits, representing about 8700 people. We know that the Food Bank is critically important to local families facing food insecurity in north Tillamook County, and we will provide more information as we have it.

Special meeting TOMORROW 7/21/2025 1 PM in Wheeler
People get their feelings hurt when a “get ‘er done” style counselor gets things done
When did it become illegal for city officials to speak with Mr Albright on the side? As long as they disclose the discussion, there is nothing wrong with it.
Feels like teenage bullying to me. And it seems the bullies are holding the meeting.
Show up at 1PM at City Hall to see what happens…

Sir Francis Drake Association Hosts Annual Nehalem Bay Celebration, June 27–August 2
Gitzen says: “He writes history so others can experience it” His book—Francis Drake in Nehalem Bay 1579, Setting the Historical Record Straight (2011) plays a leading role in the Oregon-based theory which has received strong praise from both local and international historians. A review in the Oregon Archaeological Society Newsletter called it “a magnificent compilation which should be in every important historical library”, noting its thorough research, compelling organization, and rare primary sources.
The Drake anchorage is highlighted by the 12 feet by 8 feet banner describing the survey Drake made in 1579 on Neahkahnie Mountain. It’s divided into 3 stages; anthropologist Wayne Jensen and Tillamook museum director, first theorized in 1971 that Francis Drake had made a survey on the iconic mountain marking the ‘so-called treasure rocks’; in 1982 Oregon State University Civil Engineering master’s candidate, Phil Costaggini, decided to do his thesis on the survey rocks; and finally in 2014 Gitzen uncovered a map drawn in 1599 drawn by the Queen’s cartographer Edward Wright. This is the only map to ever carry the Queen’s Privy seal during her reign.
Everyone is invited to drive by and view the informative banner of Oregon’s true history but please do not disturb the residents at 125 N. 1st St. in Wheeler.
Founded in 2008 as a nonprofit, the Association promotes rigorous, evidence-based history about Francis Drake’s 1579 voyage. Its flagship project includes Garry Gitzen’s book and annual community events in Nehalem Bay.
