Hi folks,
Walnut Studiolo is hosting a booth at the Manzanita Farmer’s Market about once a month this summer: July 3, August 7, September 4.
At our tables we’ll have a mix of:
one-of-a-kind locals-only products that Geoff makes for fun, like garden hods or wood spoons and spatulas
representation of the 50+ leather goods available on our website (games, interior design, bicycle accessories, and more)
sometimes little food or herbal projects Valerie does for fun
NEW FOR JULY 3RD: We’ve developed a food-safe “wood butter” called Flax Wax (cold-pressed flaxseed oil and beeswax). All of our wooden spoons and spatulas going forward will come finished with it. We’ll have tins of them as well as little wood care kits with “just the right amount of abrasive” hand pad and buff rag. We also have a fresh batch of wood spoons and spatulas, and a very special batch of cherrywood bench scrapers!
If time and crowds allow: we may be able to do a few free wood care demos. If you’ve bought a wood spoon or spatula from us before and it’s feeling dry, bring it to the table for a quick treatment.
We’ll be at the market to meet and greet the community. If you’ve ever wondered about that brown sign on Highway 53 near the Grange, stop by our table and say ‘hi’!
Our travel games and driftwood cribbage boards are also available for sale at REVIVAL in Nehalem and we offer free local pick-up for orders on our website.
