Manzanita Farmers Market Week 19: 2 more to go

Join us this Friday from 4-7 for the second to last farmers market of the season! It looks like another beautiful day for a market, and this is one of your last chances to stock up on local summer produce, meats, bread, seafood, flowers, canned goods, artisan crafts, and more. It’s also the second to last week to triple your SNAP benefits at the market, spend $20 and get $60 to spend this week and next at the Manzanita Farmers Market.

Music this week is by local band “The Ferrets”. The guitarists from Rhythm Method have teamed up with other local musicians to bring you Americana, Folk, and 70s music. Enjoy a smoothie or some tacos (Gnarly’s will be back for one more market!) and dance along.

This week we’ll be joined by Josi Farms, bringing a wide selection of delicious produce. They do weekly deliveries to Manzanita throughout the winter, so be sure to stop by and get on their mailing list! Moon River also continues to do pop ups at Wolf Moon Bakery in Nehalem after the season ends, check with them for an updated schedule. Wolf Moon offers online ordering for pickup on Saturdays and Sundays in Nehalem, and NeahKahNie Smokehouse is open at their shop in Wheeler.

Our final market of the season will be next week, on September 25. We’ll be serving up free ice cream to celebrate another successful market season, so save the date! The final market will end at 6 (that’s an hour shorter than usual) so you all don’t have to shop in the dark.
