The Astoria Bubble Collective, founded by Garth, spends many a Sunday on Pier 12 in Astoria spreading joy with huge bubbles!
Garth has been doing this for 6 years and has perfected the recipe. The weather has to be just right. According to Garth that is partly cloudy, 85% humidity with a two knot breeze.
