Do hope you will join North County Resistance on Saturday, August 8th, in Nehalem, from noon to 2 PM. The political news we listen to makes us all shake our heads. This news is confusing, always changing, and generally never the same from day to day. DOJ seems to be taking on anybody Trump tells them to. Destructive language is ruining many and there seems to be no way out for them. It seems anything can happen to anybody-laws are bent and broken in order to bend and break rules and people’s lives. I see the people who join us on Saturday in Nehalem are HEROS. The people who drive by and honk, the people who are writing letters, the people who stop us on the street and thank us-you too are HEROS. Thank you one and all!
Please bring a can or two of food to our protest on Saturday. We need to help the many people in our community who need more support in our community. Again, gas cards, canned or boxed food are greatly needed. We will get this food to both the North County Food Bank and to the Nehalem Bay Community Services. Every day you see people who benefit from your generosity.
