An in-ground bee nest was discovered upon pulling large kale plants out of a raised garden bed that is located right next to my house. These are the little in ground bees that are pollinators. These are not wasps or hornets. I imagine they have loved living here because they have been surrounded by 24 winter garden kale plants left to go to flower this spring and a large rosemary that is frequently in flower.
However, now what? Their presence in ground home is preventing me from cleaning out and replanting my veggie garden in the raised bed. Is it possible to relocate them? Does anyone know of anyone who does this?
Seeking any help: information? referral? service?
