Friends of North County Recreation District (NCRD) Foundation has started their flower bouquet sales. Tuesday and Wednesday bouquets are available at NCRD in Nehalem with flower arrangements ready to sell about 9:30 am. Thursday-Sunday flower bouquets are available in Downtown Manzanita, next to The Little Apple Grocery Store. Sales are by donation. Money raised is used to provide scholarships for Youth, Fitness, and Aquatic Programs. All people involved are volunteers. We thank the community for supporting this program.
