I’m looking for someone to help me with the Zoom app on my laptop and/or iPad? I can’t get my microphone to work.
I can hear people in the meeting but they can’t hear me. I have spent several hours trying to figure out why I’m having this microphone problem. I am very computer literate so I’m not asking for the obvious fixes—allow audio, run a microphone test, unmute the audio button, etc. I’ve done all those things with no results.
FI’ve searched google, I’ve searched my settings, I’ve tried test meetings but I still can’t make my microphone work. (It has worked in the past on this same computer.)
Since I’ve already exhausted lots of possible fixes, I would need someone to come to my house and work with me hands-on. I’m willing to entertain a reasonable compensation for your time.
