Hi there – Jeff and the JW Merc roadside raw honey/real Vermont maple syrup etc booth will be COMING YOUR WAY to “pop-up” briefly NEXT Tuesday (June 16th) from 12-3 in the south side parking area of Handy Creek Bakery in Wheeler. On hand will be Oregon’s chocolate sauce, Pacific-caught canned Albacore Tuna, QUARTS AND QUARTS of real Vermont dark/robust grade maple syrup – and of course several varieties of regional raw honey in a handful of pack sizes. Do you already know what you want? How about letting me know early so I can be sure to have enough on hand. Raw honey varieties will include the always amazing “country clover” (pictured) – which has been described as having “apple pie” qualities – with notes of cinnamon, raw Blackberry honey from the coast range, there will be a LIMITED amount of Meadowfoam quarts – and our signature Wildflower honey collected in the Marcola area of the Cascade foothills.
