I still have for sale a 1981 14X60 moble home made by Redman homes. In the last 10 years I lived here I’ve put on a new metal roof, new electrical panel and all newer appliances. Comes with 2 sheds 2 decks. Interior needs a little love but nothing major. Selling for 20k under market value for quick sale. Asking 45k I would take 40k if somebody wanted to move it, but it doesn’t need to be moved.
