A one off great shed for sale. 6’x12’, 8’ high inside. Standard 2×4 framing, 2×6 floor joist on 4×6 beams (skids). Floor and roof sheeting 3/4” plywood, exterior siding 5/8” plywood attached with SS screws. 30°, 6/12 roof, 3tab asfalt shingles. Almost new gutters and down spouts. Plenty of shelving. Shed either has to go or I will deconstruct and rebuild in back of house. Should be able to winch it up on a flat bed trailer. $1750, you haul.
