*** Community Open Music Jam Session is Friday the 2nd at 6PM – this free event is open to ALL – bring your instruments, voice, yourself – and let’s play music together!
***Community Game Night is Saturday the 10th, 6PM – this is a FREE event open to ALL – bring your own favorite game to play, or play one of ours – board games, card games etc Let’s have fun in community
***Healing Sound Bath with Christy Kay is Saturday, the 17th at 6PM- come relax and bathe yourself in the sounds of healing with Himalayan and Crystal Singing Bowls, Drum, Gong, and Bells- Space is limited – please register: app.acuityscheduling.com/schedule.php?owner=20787704&appointmentType=22657899
***Community Drum Circle is Thursday, the 22nd, 6PM – bring your percussion instruments, and allow the rhythm to help you heal – $5 suggested donation – ALL ARE WELCOME
****Community Open Dance Session is Sunday, the 25th -4-5PM -come dance with us- music will be loud, lights will be low- $10 suggested donation
***Community Conversations is Tuesday the 27th, 5:30 PM – space limited- registration required- join us to discuss topics important to community health and well-being

Rising Hearts Studio is always open to the community as a place of calming respite – no purchase required – if the door is unlocked, you are welcome to come in. Sit and listen to the calming and grounding frequency music, meet up with a friend, have tea, get a hug, or work the community puzzle – ALL ARE WELCOME
