A question has been raised as to the various emails I use. For transparency I use the following email addresses: Constanceforncrd@gmail.com; cpossibility1023@ gmail.com; Constance@nehalemtel.net
Regardless of the email I use, I am a stand the NCRD be the best it can be and the only way I see this can be achieved is if the Mission Statement is the context for every decision and action taken by the board and ED. If the NCRD continues to choose to be for some and not for ALL…then the NCRD needs to be a private club, period, and don’t ask for my tax dollars!

I will not willingly vote for tax dollars being used for the privileged, PERIOD.
VOTE NO FOR CHANGE.
