Food Roots beloved annual fundraiser Pie Night is coming up on November 4th. It is an event where our community comes together to support Food Roots programming. For this year’s 15th annual celebration there will be food prepared by local chef and Pacific Restaurant owner Nelia Serapion, a bar takeover by Buoy Brewing of Astoria, live music from Oak Bottom Boys, a live auction of pies prepared by local bakers, chefs and community partners, a silent auction featuring items from local businesses, and a pie dessert spread to round out the night of mingling, meeting, sipping and bidding. All proceeds raised from the event benefits Food Roots programs. We would love to have the show of support and opportunity to gather as a community to support growing our local food systems!
