Roommate and I are looking for a third roomie! The space is a 3 bdrm 2 bath house, with a back deck, one car garage. Security deposit, first, and last is $1,575 then rent split 3 ways is $525 each month after. Water and garbage are taken care of but electricity will also be split amongst us.
Who we are looking for : preferably a single reliable female with no pets or kids (no offense to the children).
The soonest the space is available is September 1st. (I know that is really really soon) but we will also be accepting for move in to be the beginning of October. There will be a lease agreement of at least one year.
