Materials are as follows:
2 shelves, 2’ x 4’ x 3/4” Melamine shelves
3 shelves, 2’ x 33’ x 3/4”. Melamine shelves
7 wireform high tensile strength steel rod hangers
I will also provide some (not all) eye bolts and lend you the eyebolt driver that will fit into your drill or impact wrench. These install in no time.
7 unique high strength steel wireforms that take 24’ wide shelving and are spaced at 16” or 32”apart to support hanging shelves. These will give you 20” of height for loading.
We use these shelves for emergency supplies. (See example pictured with loaded shelves).
An unloaded shelf actually only needs to be supported by 2 wire hangers. As you can see from the photograph, a simple threaded eye bolt supports the shelves. These are ready to go, and you just need to fasten them into your garage ceiling joists.
