Walking Labyrinths is an ancient contemplative art that humans across world cultures have practiced. Often found near shorelines of fishing villages, folks would walk the labyrinths before going to sea. Come by early at 7:30am for an opening moving meditation for embodiment, circulation and connection with Ocean. Walk the trail out to Short Sands, breathe in the Rainforest and then find us on the beach (likely at the far north end). Labyrinth Walks are free community pop-up events, leave-no-trace, dog and family friendly.
