Emergency situations happen in our coastal region – power outages, flooding, storms, wild fires, and possibly an earthquake/tsunami. How will you obtain safe water for drinking, cooking, and washing and dispose of human waste during these times?

Water: In times of emergency, you will need to provide your household with the water needed for survival. Learn the basics of SAFE water storage. Learn how to effectively filter and treat water from in-home and local sources.

Sanitation & Toilets: You will need a process and equipment to safely manage your household’s human and pet waste to avoid the spread of disease.

Hygiene: Hygiene is always important to protect against the spread of disease. The absence of running water definitely makes effective hand washing and wound care more challenging.
