Fluent English/Vietnamese Speaker

Hi. My name is Drew and I am a local 3D animator and short film maker. Currently I am beta-testing a 3D Sci-Fi animation series – in2plasma. After the U.S. and U.K. the country with the most views on 3 platforms is Vietnam. Problem is that as soon as the dialogue begins they drop off. I am looking for a fluent English/Vietnamese speaker to serve this audience. It would take 5-10 minutes a week and recordings can be done on your phone.
