Since 1986, I have sustained a steady and earnest Meditation & Yoga practice, adding Tai Chi to the mix in 2010. Time and time again, my practice has been a reliable ally offering up physical, emotional and spiritual resilience.
Professionally, it has been my honor to guide over 10,000 client sessions. I am a credentialed Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), and an experienced instructor of Tai Chi for Better Balance.
My foundations are in the Integral Yoga tradition as a certified Hatha and Raja Yoga teacher. My clinical specialty is in the field of Stress Resiliency, Lifestyle Medicine and Intensive Cardiac Rehabilitation. I provide evidence-based, client-focused, trauma-sensitive, multi-dimensional care and coaching.
