For Sale: Nearly new fold out couch that turns into a spare bed. I bought this in November for my guest room/ home office but now have a roommate and don’t have room for it. As a couch it’s 78” long x 33” deep. The upright back of the couch folds flat to turn into a bed. It’s relatively light weight and easy to move. It’s fully assembled but can be disassembled. I should still have the instruction booklet. Asking $150 OBO.
