Gjetost (Norwegian goat and cow''s milk dessert cheese…rich and caramelized; we do this every February in honor a friend who turned us onto it – thanks Diane!!! Served on brown butter cone
Black Forest Cookie Dough on chocolate cone
Passionfruit Kaffir Lime (vegan) on vegan/gluten-free macadamia nut cone
Hibiscus Rose Sorbet on vegan/gluten-free vanilla bean cone
