For those rainy days when you want to be entertained indoors, the family room has a gigantic 85″ TV and the master suite a 65″ TV. Upstairs features a 50″ TV for kids to connect their videogame consoles.

There is room for up to four cars in the driveway (tenants will not have access to the garage).
Pets MAY be allowed and need written pre-approval from the Landlord and will incur a non-refundable pet fee and a monthly pet rent.
Tenant pays for all utilities ($500/month flat fee).
No washing of vehicles, trailers, RVs, boats, etc., on the property.
Move-out cleaning fee of $250 will be deducted from the Security Deposit. Weekly/monthly cleaning fee extra if cleaning service desired.
