Join us for Story Time at the Cannon Beach Library, 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 1. Come listen to stories about the theme, “Happy Hoppy Springtime!” Story Time is a FREE event. Free in-person yoga classes for vets returns to NCRD

Are you a veteran or a family member of a vet? You are invited to attend a free Yoga4Vets class at NCRD, from 10:30 to 11:30 Tuesday mornings. The class will be offered both in person and on Zoom for veterans and their families.
Yoga has tremendous benefits for everyone from increased strength, flexibility and balance to breathwork, increased mindfulness and enhanced relaxation. Studies have found yoga to be effective in reducing PTSD and beneficial in calming emotions,
Yoga4Vets is offered through a partnership with the Veterans Services Office in Tillamook and the NCRD. The class is taught by instructor Janet Paulson.
Spring term Yoga4Vets classes begin Tuesday, April 4 in the Yoga Room at NCRD,

Pending sale fell through, so re-posting about tongue & groove cork flooring for sale. Asking $120 -about half price – for approximately 25 sq.ft. Might serve for a smallish project like an entry way or a landing. Can throw in 8 – 12″ X 12″ tiles of a matching sandstone color to the cork!
