NTLF May “Art at the Library” will feature the art of Jenny Siegel, a part-time resident of Neahkahnie. Jenny is inspired by the
forms found in nature and explores this with a variety of mediums, including acrylic paint, watercolor, pastel, wax, graphite, charcoal,

Great Old Town Canoe Discovery Scout 17ft

This canoe is in good condition.
Two woven seats in wood bases are sturdy.
Has a middle bar for back rest 3rd floor seat.
We’ve used it with 3 people comfortably.
Great family canoe 🙂 could hold two adults one big kid or two small.

It does not come with paddles and is missing two knee pads. Easily replaceable.
Shell is fiberglass I believe.
It’s solid construction and light enough to maneuver easily but is 17ft long. It has been stored upside-down on wood pallets when not in use.

The Labyrinth Guild is hosting a free community ‘walk as one at 1’ at 36335 Hwy 101, Nehalem, OR 97131. Join us to walk the labyrinth at 1:00 creating a unifed rolling wave of peaceful energy passing from one time zone to the next around the globe. This is a family friendly event and there will be a chance to create messages to send to children affected by the violence in Gaza.

6pm – Sunset Sand Spiral Labyrinth Walk
Centerpoint Healing Arts is raking a sand art Labyrinth on Neahkahnie beach for a free community walk to be part of ‘a rolling wave of peace around the world’. Swing by whenever you like between 6pm and Sunset to walk the Labyrinth before the rising tide washes it away. Ocean Rd. & Nehalem Rd. – 0.5 miles / 5+ minute walk on the beach north of Laneda Ave.. Kid and dog friendly event. ‘Leave-no-trace’ pop-up event with respect for our coastal ecology. Expect sandy, uneven terrain.

Aesops Fables Play This Weekend with many Local Kids!

Come watch local kids on stage (and in the booth) in this adorable play this weekend and the Coaster Theatre. Performances are April 26-28. Friday and Saturday shows start at 7:30. Sunday’s show is at 3pm.

Coaster Theatre Kidz presents an original one-act play with music that weaves six of Aesop’s most famous fables into a show that’s fun, fast-paced, and full of surprises. You’ll enjoy the old morals with a new twist as the characters navigate through The Tortoise and the Hare; The Wolf in Sheep’s Clothing; The Wind and the Sun; The Grasshopper and the Ants; The Boy Who Cried Wolf; and The Lion and the Mouse.
