looking for a small, cozy place to rent
I’m looking for a small, cozy place to rent in or near Seaside, starting early May.
I have two sweet, well-behaved senior dogs, so pet-friendly is needed.
Just looking for something simple and comfortable, — a studio, 1-bedroom, or small cottage would be perfect.
If you know of anything available or have any leads, feel free to message me.
I work locally, am looking forward to settling in, getting involved with my new community, doing volunteer work and making Seaside home.
Thanks so much!
~Jody

Blenko – hand blown pitcher/art glass
This emerald & brown beauty was bought in early 2000’s at a Blenko exhibition OPB in PDX after glass maker was featured in a program. I purchased 3 pieces at the show and remember it was just under $1,000.
It’s a heavy duty, one of a kind piece as no blown art glass can ever be duplicated perfectly in model or color. I downsized and thought I’d use this in my new little house. It’s been unpacked for a year only gets dusted. Truth is, I’ve had 6 surgery’s on my left hand and wrist with diminished function. my hand isn’t working well enuf to bear the weight and control pour.
It’s still got original identification sticker and signed on the bottom. I couldn’t find anything exactly like it on the Internet but found some close in size and style.
I thought I’d try here locally before hitting Craig’s list for the sale. Offering at 65$ to a local person who understands and would enjoy this functional piece of glass art in their home for daily use or special entertainment. Even as a flower vase really.
