Ongoing Exterior Maintenance Professional

It’s that time to catch up on all the post pandemic home maintenance. I am looking for recommendations for exterior painting, power washing, gutter cleaning, etc., on an ongoing basis. Would be great to find someone who can do it all. Must be licensed and bonded and have excellent local references. Recommendations from local BBQ friends are encouraged. I know everyone is very busy, but I will wait for the right person. Thanks very much!

‘HOUSING NEEDED’

Hello, my adult daughter and I have lived on NkSD for 12 years.
Recently our landlord found out the home didn’t officially meet county requirements. We are looking to stay in the place we are so connected to. It could be a studio or open floor plan cabin. It would be nice having at lease one bedroom. The key is community. I had been pre-approved to buy, when the housing became so competitive and prices soared.
Please help us stay in our community. I could help with a garden.
If you or someone you know may have a place to call home please contact me. I am open to anything in Tillamook County, but would consider further if neccessary.

A trusted friend has an elderly cat. She is wanting a female kitten to ‘overlap’ with the cat she has now so as not to be cat-less. This will be a totally indoor cat, safe. The friend lives in the Portland area so please email me with any leads you might have.

Shopping for cars locally

How do people shop for cars out here?
I’m looking to buy locally, because Portland car shopping is no fun.
Are you thinking about selling? I’m looking for a Subaru Outback or a Toyota Highlander hybrid or something comparable in size and ability…. Perhaps open to others for something to hold me over for a bit.
Middle-ish range pricing.
My (apparently newish) timing belt on my Subaru snapped and bent the head— so I’m out a car with kiddo and job, you know, no fun!

Looking to rent

Looking for a place to rent (this fall/ish) small and simple would be wonderful. Country life is preferred ! I have a class A country couch motor home if you happen to have a rv hookup.
I’m 31, worked as a cook at the San dune, then at wild stocking produce. I miss home and would like to move back. I have a 2 year old son, a 3 year old husky, we’re all pretty chill and easy going No drink, no drugs, just love life in nehalem, I miss the town, the people, the ocean. It’s very hard to find rentals in the erea as we all know know, hoping something can come through here…. if you know of someone or something…. nothing urgent, fall time or even next spring I could live with…. thanks for reading!
