Looking for land with shop/barn to rent

We are a couple in our mid 40’s looking to rent some land with a shop or barn.
Must be able to park and live in our trailer.
Will need power in the shop/barn for woodworking/power tools.
6-12 month lease is ideal.
We are native Oregonians and have family and friends here at the coast who will be our personal references.

We have purchased a new gas range from Home Depot. Installation can occur when we’ve located a professional who is able to use the adaptor kit that comes with the range to install it to work with our already-present propane gas lines.

Handyman projects

I need help for a couple projects from an experienced worker.

1. Check and rear out a tile shower stall

2. Transplant a tree from a poorly planned gravel location elsewhere in yard where it will get better nutrients. There is a root ball so should not be too difficult.

3. Spring yard cleanup – remove sprouting salal, put salal

Looking for a PELLET SMOKER

We are searching for a pellet meat smoker to borrow or rent for a couple of days in late August for a small wedding. Since they are pretty spendy, and we don’t ordinarily use one, if anyone knows where to rent one, or will rent theirs, it would be great to know.
We would be open to buying a used one if it were fairly reasonable in price and functioned well.
