I’m a 50-something health care provider looking for a roommate to share a home in the peaceful and beautiful Cullaby Lake area. I am at the half way mark between Seaside and Astoria.

Details:

Minimum 6-month stay

Rent includes a private bedroom, your own entrance and shower with shared access to common spaces

No smoking, partying, —seeking a calm and clean living environment

I do have pets and unfortunately I cant have any more here. 1 older Golden Retriever and cats.

Ideal for a working professional or someone with a similar lifestyle.

Indoor Ceiling repair.

I need a licensed contractor to repair a ceiling in my spare room at house. Area is approximately 3ft. by 3ft.; I had a roof repair and new vent installed that we think caught the leak problem. Please Help.
I live in the Pine Ridge Community, Manzanita.

Stained glass for chapel windows project

My church is getting started on this beautiful project, chapel stained glass windows for the chapel, small or large quantities, large or small pieces are good. Willing to pay for the glass and gladly accept donations as well. We are also looking for a local kiln to use.
We could also use prayers for this project too.

Do you have some fall pumpkins/squash you’ve been displaying for fall color? We would love to come pick them up before they turn into stinky orange porch puddles. It’s that time of year again and we’re collecting “used” pumpkins for our homestead animal friends. We will happily come and whisk them away so they can be useful in their final days. There is no rush, if you want to keep them for longer, we wait for a future pick up time.

Housing WANTED (not for me this time) – 2 bedrooms

I am trying to help gather some housing ideas for a friend who is needing to “right-size” her living situation (recent empty-nester) – works at home for one of the regional hospitals doing “tele-health” so there’s where the second bedroom comes in – as an office. Pets must be OK as there is a loveable mature Golden and a couple of kitties to keep him company as part of the arrangement.
Her space in Clatsop County is now larger than needed so finding something from Rockaway north to Astoria in the $1800-$2000 range (depending on other costs such as utilities that is) – and here in November rather than later for timing.

contract for annual deck cleaning

We are installing a new cedar deck and have vowed to keep it in good condition (to avoid using artificial materials). So we are looking for an individual or service to power wash the deck surface every year and apply stain or anti-mildew treatment as needed. The deck and stairs are approx. 800 sq. ft. Located in Neah-Kah-Nie. Need someone who knows how to use a power washer skillfully, without damaging the surface, and can commit to an annual contract.

Hi folks – Jeff (the guy with the raw honey/real VT maple syrup etc) here – looking for a good quality “pop-up” tent – which for my purposes needs to be sturdy and easy for one person to put up/take down many, many times over the course of six months to a year. Caravan is a solid brand – though there are others with similar integrity – what I’m not looking for is what one might find at common box stores with thin aluminum frame construction. It should be able to withstand wind gusts and plenty of rain.
If you are a street-market vendor who is upgrading your tent – or maybe getting out of the business – or…who knows – maybe there’s one in your garage that really isn’t being used the way you planned – I’d like to discuss it.
