About the Landlord I’m Seeking:
Looking for a landlord who values integrity, compassion, and quality. I’m seeking someone committed to providing a safe, clean, and well-cared-for property—not just “good enough for tenants.” Open to negotiating move-in terms and deposits.

Desired Locations/Property Features:

* Location: North Oregon Coast, Cullaby Lake, or SW Washington (e.g., Chinook, Ilwaco, Long Beach).

Home:
Open to various bedroom sizes, with a preference for:

* Little to no stairs

* Parking

* Laundry and dishwasher included

* Quiet, unfurnished, non-smoking, and drug-free environment

* Small yard, and / or outside patio like area

* Bonus Features (not dealbreakers): Garage, air conditioning, fireplace, ice maker, proximity to local amenities.

About Me:
I’m a middle-aged, well-educated healthcare provider with stable income, excellent references, and a deep respect for property care. I also have well-behaved, middle-aged pets and treat every home as if it were my own.

If you have a rental that fits these criteria, I’d love to hear from you! Let’s work together to create a great long-term rental arrangement.

D’oh!

Seeking an Art Studio

Submitted By: tigrereeva@gmail.com – Click to email about this post
Seeking an Art Studio to rent. Looking for a space to work on a collection of painted portraits and oral history interviews of local, community members for a project that needs to be completed in 2025.
It would be amazing if the space also was capable of hosting art classes for children and adults: I am starting an arts education non-profit in order to bring more arts opportunities to the North Coast and am in need of a space to work and provide classes.
Please let me know if you know of any spaces in Nehalem, Manzanita, or Wheeler that could work for this venture. Or if you have a room/space/garage in your house that would work for these purposes.
Thank you everyone!

Donate your porch pumpkins before they rot! We will pick them up.

Submitted By: morematt@gmail.com – Click to email about this post
Do you have some fall pumpkins/squash you’ve been displaying for fall color? We would love to come pick them up before they turn into stinky orange porch puddles. It’s that time of year again and we’re collecting “used” pumpkins for our homestead animal friends. We will happily come and whisk them away so they can be useful in their final days. There is no rush, if you want to keep them for longer, we wait for a future pick up time.

Feel free to reply by email, txt or phone call.
Gratitude for miles.
