Up for sale my 1981 Flamingo moble/manufactured home by Redman. It’s 14X60 with newer metal roof all new appliances and electrical panel replaced in 2018. Comes with 2 decks 2 sheds one with electricity and chest freezer. Located in Wildwood retirement moble home community. Does not need to be moved but if somebody wanted to move it I’d discount it even more than I’m about to. Selling for under market value for quick sale because I’ve already found other residency. This is a prime opportunity for someone to get there foot in the door to this incredible community and the ultimate fishing and hunting destination on the west coast. Dowina Master Series Acoustic Guitar

This is a grand auditorium, solid wood guitar handcrafted by the fine folks at Dowina. The torrefied top is solid dolomite spruce, and the back and sides are solid striped padauk. It has a bright, clear tone and is very comfortable to play. It is in excellent condition and comes with the original hardshell case. I’m asking $1500, though if you have a Martin you’re looking to unload, I’d consider a trade.

Vintage New-In-Box Nesco 12 Quart Roaster – Air Roaster-Brand New, Never Used

Nesco 12-quart Roast Air/Convection Roaster, White Finish, was sold on QVC.
There is no photo of the actual roaster with this ad because it is still in the box.

The “stock” picture is of an 18 QT Nesco, and I think its design is about the same.

It is designed to roast up to a 12-pound turkey.
It’s a compact roaster safe on a countertop, doesn’t take a lot of space, and beats an oven for roasting a 12 lb turkey or other poultry.
What reviewers say:

1. Large capacity is a common plus, especially for turkeys and party food.


2. Many users say it cooks faster than a conventional oven and helps keep the kitchen cooler.


3. Easy cleanup and easy use are also repeated positives.
